HR COORDINATOR
We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join Auramarine!
In this role, you will support our daily HR operations and help create a smooth and positive employee experience throughout the entire employment lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR administration, training coordination, internal communications, employee wellbeing activities, and supporting HR systems and processes.
We are looking for an organized, proactive, and people-oriented HR professional who enjoys working with a variety of tasks, has excellent attention to detail, and is motivated to continuously improve the way we work. Previous experience in HR administration or coordination and strong communication skills in both Finnish and English will help you succeed in this role.
The position is permanent and full-time.
QUALITY SPECIALIST
We are looking for a Quality Specialist to join Auramarine and take responsibility for coordinating and developing quality management activities within our Finnish organization.
You will report directly to the Group Quality Director based in China and be responsible for quality-related activities in Finland. The Finnish organization consists of engineering, product development, sales, and business support functions, while manufacturing operations are located in China.
To succeed in this role, you are analytical, systematic, and solution-oriented. You can see both the bigger picture and the important details. You are comfortable communicating with different stakeholders and can explain complex quality-related topics in a practical and understandable way.
